Saturday peeps have their cobbler, and reports are back that it is good! I had some myself and I agree.

Two cobblers ready for the oven. The photos from the first post about the cobbler was with only 500 grams of berries, but I upped it to 750, which solved the "boring top" problem. Now a bit of berries stay above the crust line and give it a great texture and color variation.
